Savanna loves her Daddy!!

Savanna is so cute and alert late at night when all the other kids are in bed. She loves to just stare and is so still..hardly a movement from her. We just love watching her, cuddling her, and staring right back at her!!

Catching up...

I am so behind on posting! I wanted to get in a bit about the last month or so and a lot has happened so I am posting them and backdating. I will catch up later this week...I have lots of pictures of Savanna that I want to post but right now I am forcing myself to get to bed...It will be one of only a few times that I have actually gotten to bed before midnight in the past month...I'm exhausted.

She's one month old!!!

WOW! Time sure does fly... Savanna is one month old and getting big fast!! She seemed to lose her newborn look practically overnight earlier this week... now she is getting to be a chubby little infant!

We actually DID stay up until 12:00 and rang in the new year with sparklers!

Sara, Richie and Macy were brave enough to stay up with us!

My little sister was married to Andrew Garrett on December 27. It was beautiful! We had a busy, but fun day, and it was great timing for Savanna to meet some of her aunts, uncles and cousins!

Christmas Eve

We had a fun Christmas Eve at Grandpa and Grandma's house with cousins and all the usual traditions....fondue, reading the Christmas story from the New Testament, acting out our own nativity (with a live baby this year!), and singing lots of Christmas songs. Savanna seemed to enjoy the evening!!

Kindergarten Talents...

Cameron's class had a darling talent show for their Christmas program. It was so cute to see these fearless 5 and 6 year old share their talents! There were singers, dancers, magicians, a little drummer boy, comedians... and much more! Sometimes I wish I was more like these kids...they were definitely brave and so much fun to watch!

Savanna's First Week...

She sleeps most all the time. She is a really good baby so far!

She has LOVED bath time from day one!
